After twenty years of reunion, our original aspiration remains the same. On August 9th, on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of Shandong Normal University, over 70 alumni from the 2001 grade of the School of Physics and Electronic returned to their Alma mater from all over the country to hold a 20th anniversary reunion event, reliving the friendship among classmates, expressing gratitude to their teachers, and discussing the development of the school together. Vice Principal CAI Yangjian and former Vice Principal Wang Chuankui attended the teacher-student exchange activity and delivered speeches. The responsible persons of the college, including the Party Secretary Xie Deren, Vice President Wang Jingjing, Vice President Zhang Chao, teacher representatives Li Jian and Wang Gongtang, as well as the counselors of the 2001 grade, Xiang Yuzhen and Huang Chunxia, attended the symposium. The symposium was presided over by Meng Qingpeng, an alumnus of the class of 2001 from Shandong Experimental High School.
Vice President CAI Yangjian delivered the opening remarks on behalf of the school. Former Vice President Wang Chuankui recalled with deep emotion the time spent with the students, reliving every little detail of the four years of university. He highly praised and affirmed the contributions made by the students to society over the past 20 years since they left the campus. At the same time, he expressed his best wishes and expectations to all the alumni, hoping that they would strive to improve themselves, help each other and jointly plan for future development.
Xie Deren, the Party Secretary of the college, introduced the leapfrog development achievements the college has made in recent years, affirmed the contributions of alumni to society in various fields, and expressed the hope of further strengthening exchanges and cooperation with alumni to promote the continuous progress of the school and the college in teaching, research, social services and other aspects.
Teacher representatives Li Jian, Wang Gongtang and others respectively delivered speeches, expressing their satisfaction with the achievements made by the alumni in various fields. They hoped that everyone could actively participate in the development and construction of the college, and at the same time wished all the alumni to write new chapters in their future life journeys. The counselors of the 2001 grade, Xiang Yuzhen and Huang Chunxia, recalled with deep emotion the "love-hate" experiences during their four years in college. During the event, representatives of the 2001 alumni presented flowers to the leaders and teachers, and then a donation activity was held. Donate a landscape painting to the school, wishing it a smooth "first-class" progress and high-quality development. Also, donate 10,000 yuan to the "Wudian Lixing" alumni fund of the college, which will be used to support the professional studies, innovation and entrepreneurship, and science and technology competitions of the college students, providing strong support for the school to cultivate high-quality talents with both moral integrity and professional competence, all-round development, and meeting the requirements of the development of new quality productive forces.
